This is to confirm that, Udipta Energy & Equipment Pvt. Ltd., an oil field service provider company to upstream E&P oil companies in India and is presently providing MWD&SDMM services to Indian national oil company i.e.: ONGC for their high angle deviation wells and Horizontal Wells. We had purchased GE Tensor Model tools from Kambi Enterprises, Calgary, Canada to perform our contract in ONGC. So far the performances of the Tools are satisfactory. Performance of the tool is one part.

The beauty of Kambi is after sales service support which we have to mention without any prejudice. The spares support is also very commendable. They sent their Technical Expert for commissioning and orientation training of the Tool and to setup the Lab here at our place Sivasagar, Assam. In case of emergency, they provide a commendable online support service particularly to address the problems on field. Not only that they even got imparted our Engineer with Tool servicing skills at their Lab/Shop at Calgary, Canada.
